Miss Chocolate Eater has been given a big update, mostly with more accessibility and quality of life functions. Said updates include:

• GUI changes so everything looks easier on the eyes. This includes replacing the default dialogue font with something easier to read.

• Save/Load screen overhaul. You can lock your saves now!

• You're able to instantly see changes to the textbox with the sample textbox in the options screen, which includes being able to see text speed, textbox opacity, textbox color, and seen text color.

• More options for accessibility, such as toggleable self-voicing in options and being able to activate high contrast text.

• Changed keyboard shortcuts and added visuals in the help screen to aid players.

• An options/accessibility screen on game startup.

• Ending count and ability to start from beginning or the first choice on finishing an ending.

• Choices are now marked so you can tell which choice you made in the past.

• Sound effects for the user interface.

• A new loading screen for when the game starts up.

• Now playable on browser!

I will be keeping the original 1.0 game files live to show what was done in the O2A2 game jam. It's virtually the same game with no changes to the story or art and I would prefer the updated 2.0 version to be played, but if ever you're curious about the jam version, you're free to check out the old files!
